With MWP, it’s not about just showing up the day of the session, smiling and looking at the camera for 30 minutes, and then waiting weeks to view your images that you’ll post to social media and forget about. I want my clients to feel cared for and guided.

How many times have you booked a family photography session only to realize you have nothing to wear, shopping is overwhelming, and you end up panicking because you have to figure out wardrobe for everyone.
Don’t worry, I’ve been there too. I’ll never forget standing in the TJMaxx changing room, hating what I picked out, but not having enough time to go to another store because my Family Session was scheduled to start in less than an hour.
I never want my clients to feel that way when they’re getting ready to meet me for a Family Session. That’s why I created a whole Client Guide, Styling Call, and Style quiz for my clients.
Client Guide: A guide for you to read through at your leisure. It has style inspiration, and walks you through my entire process from start to finish.
Style Quiz: I send this out before our Styling Call so that we both can get an idea of what you envision you and your family will wear for our session.
Styling Call: The styling call can be held in person or via Google Meets. We’ll discuss the answers to your style quiz, and I’ll create a style board complete with links for you to purchase wardrobe pieces. You’ll also have access to my curated Client Closet.
2~ MWP’s Client Closet for Luxury Family Photography
I specifically chose each piece for my Client closet with moms in mind. I have an array of choices from more down to earth, Delicate and Classic pieces, to pieces that evoke a more Ethereal and Feminine feel.
If you choose to meet for the Styling Call in person, I will bring items from my Client Closet for you to try on beforehand. If we don’t meet in person, I’ll have you select a few dresses and I’ll bring them to the Session for you to try on there.
I have a pop-up changing tent for us to use on location. Wrinkles can occur if you wear the outfits you plan to be photographed in in the car. We don’t want wrinkles! Once we’re done with our session I’ll take the dress back so that you don’t have to worry about cleaning it.
3~ A Connection Based Luxury Family Photography Session
I don’t focus on everyone smiling and looking at the camera. Instead, I focus on capturing your connection as a family and the small little details you want to remember about your children in this moment. Those are the pictures I want you to look back on and remember.
I achieve these images by giving you prompts instead of specific, stiff poses. I like to bring pretty props such as baskets, blankets, and sometimes beautiful flowers if they’re in season.
4~ Luxury Family Photography Gallery Reveal and Design Appointment
We will set up a Gallery Reveal appointment after your images are fully edited and ready to be seen. I carefully go through the gallery of RAW images and only choose the best of the best. I never want my clients to look at an image and feel bad about themselves. You and your family are beautiful and I’m here to capture that.
Gallery Reveal: I will show you a gallery of your fully edited images for you to make your selections from. You can choose to print your images as Wall Art or an Heirloom Album, or purchase digital images so that you can print them on your own.
Designing your Heirloom Pieces: If you want to print your images, which I always suggest you do, I’ll walk you through the selection process and design how you’d like to enjoy your images.
Wall Art: I have a whole array of luxury frames that are sure to look beautiful in your home. Each image is printed using Museum Quality pieces that are meant to last a lifetime. I offer complimentary Installation Services to all families who live in or around Malibu, CA. You will receive a digital version of each image you choose to print!
Heirloom Albums: I have two album versions that you are sure to treasure for generations to come. My Signature Album and my Fine Art Album. My Fine Art Album has customizations that stand apart from any other Album company I’ve come across. I will design your Album layout for you so that you don’t have to worry about a thing. You will receive a digital version of each image you choose to print.
