A Beautiful Garden Family Session | Palos Verdes, CA
This Post Contains Affiliate LinksI was on the hunt for Cherry Blossoms this year. Similar to Almond Blossoms, Cherry trees have a short period in which they bloom. There are a few places around LA County that have cherry blossoms. But just because you know where they are, doesn’t mean you know when they’ll bloom.
Originally, we were planning on doing our session at Lake Balboa Park in Van Nuys, however, the trees weren’t in bloom by the time our session rolled around. The mom and I talked about which locations might work and we came up with South Coast Botanical Garden.
To be honest, we weren’t 100% sure there would be cherry blossoms at the Garden, but we still wanted to go because we knew it would be beautiful. Lo and behold, we arrived and immediately saw a hint of pink through the trees! We were so excited!
