A Sunny Winter Family Session | Malibu, CA
This May Contain Affiliate LinksThe day started out with a thick, cold, blanket of fog over Malibu. Thanks to 2023’s overabundance of fog, I was prepared to continue the session in the gloom. But as the day progressed, the fog lifted, and revealed a gorgeous, sunshiny day. The tide was mid-high, perfect for a playful Family session at the beach.
Originally we planned to do our session at El Matador State Beach, however, the family had to bring their sweet dog with them. We ultimately decided to do our session at this lesser known beach in Malibu, not only because they brought their dog, but because the winter storms washed the sand away from most beaches! (There was barely any sand at Point Dume State Beach, only rocks!!)
We had so much fun exploring the beach, finding shells, and playing little games to keep their little guy entertained. Keep scrolling to view the photos from their session!
